Corporate Plan

Our Corporate Plan reflects our statutory duties and provides an overview of our strategic objectives for the next three years. The corporate planning documents are underpinned by business plans for each of our directorates and by personal targets set by agreement with each member of staff.

Key priorities

Our key priorities for the next three-year period (2010-2013) are:

• To deliver the best possible outcome for the National Lottery by securing the optimum performance from the Licensee;
• To protect the Nation’s interest in the benefits that the Lottery provides; and
• To use our skills and resources to deliver our objectives in a cost effective and professional manner.
