1.How do I play IIWGs?

You can play Interactive Instant Win Games on the National Lottery website. You must have registered and opened a National Lottery Interactive Account at “www.national-lottery.co.uk(www.national-lottery.co.uk)”:www.national-lottery.co.uk in order to play.

2. How do I claim a prize?

Prizes up to £500 will be paid directly into the winner’s National Lottery Interactive Account.

Prizes between £501 and £5,000 can be paid directly into the winner’s bank account via the debit card details which are registered to the winner’s Interactive Account.

In order to claim prizes over £5,000, the winner must contact Camelot’s Interactive Contact Centre on (phone number). Prizes of £50,000 or more must be claimed in person at one of Camelot’s Regional Centres.

3. Is there skill involved in playing these games? Do my selections affect the outcome?

No. There is no skill involved when playing these games; they are games of chance.  The outcome of a game, and if applicable, the prize amount, is determined when the game is purchased.

4. How do they work?

Each Interactive Instant Win Game has a predetermined outcome. Camelot uses software to generate a game at random when a player makes a purchase. Animation is added to the game in order to make the game more enjoyable for players.

5. What are the odds of winning?

The prize amounts and odds for vary for each game, and can be found in the relevant ‘Game Procedures’ which are available at the start of each Instant Win Game. Camelot’s System generates games based on the odds of winning.
