Bid note 11 - Arrangements for Delivery of Bids

This Bid Note detailed the arrangements for Bid delivery, which were supplemented with a photo opportunity detailed in section 5.0.

As outlined in the Invitation to Apply, Bidders had the option of delivering their Bids to either the main delivery address or, with advance agreement, to an alternative address. The alternative address was not made public.
