Bid note 3 - Virtual Data Room (VDR)

Bid note 3 gave details of the Virtual Data Room (VDR), designed to enable each party to evaluate fully the Lottery opportunity and to provide a level playing field.  Information about the Lottery was made available in a secure virtual data room (VDR) accessed via the Internet. Subject to certain exceptions, which were set out in the VDR, each party was able to download, print or save documents provided in the VDR to assist it in compiling its bids. A summary of the contents of the data room was provided in the Draft ITA.
