Bid note 4 - Retailers

The Commission was committed to providing as much information as possible for potential Bidders throughout the competition process. As part of this commitment, the Commission contacted a number of multiple retailers and asked whether they would be prepared, in principle, to work with any consortium as a distributor of Lottery products. In addition, we asked whether they would be content to meet with potential consortia to discuss any specific issues that could affect that consortium’s bid, such as sales through retailer checkouts. Bid note 4 listed the retailers that had responded positively.
