Bidder briefing
On 15 May 2006, we held a briefing for potential consortia members. The aim of the briefing was to provide an opportunity to find out more about key aspects of the competition and regulatory requirements. It also gave interested parties a chance to put questions to a National Lottery Commission panel.
A list of people who attended the briefing, and who gave their permission for their contact details to be published, is available to download.
Four areas were covered in the briefing: Propriety; Player Protection; the Commission’s Regulatory Model; and the Licensee’s Retention Structure. Copies of the presentations, along with speaker notes, were provided to delegates. They are also available to download as PDF documents. Also available are notes from the Question and Answer sessions that were held throughout the day.
