Amendment 04 - Additional Time allowed for submission of Bids

*Summary *The Commission decided to extend the deadline for submission of bids by two weeks. The previous deadline of 26 January 2007 was changed to 9 February 2007.

Bidders were requested to note the amendments set out below to sections 1.3, 1.5, 4.1, 4.2, 4.5.3, 4.7 & 4.16 of the ITA

In addition Bidders were requested to note the impact in the following areas;

*Bidder Presentations to the Commission *The dates of the Bidder Presentations and presentation submission dates, identified within ITA Clarification Point 20, were changed.

Virtual Data Room
Section 3.0 of Bid Note 3 states “The VDR will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, commencing 15 May 2006 and until at least 26 January 2007.”
The Virtual Data Room was kept open until 9 Febuary 2007.

Bidder Queries (Appendix H)
The deadline for Bidder queries was 7 December 2006.
