Amendment 1 - Clarification regarding participation in more than one Consortium

The Commission clarified the position regarding the participation of parties in more than one Consortium.  Bidders were requested to note the amendments to sections 4.15.2, 10.2.1, 10.2.2 and 10.2.3 of the ITA.  Previous clarifications regarding 4.15.2 and debt finance could be found under ITA Clarifications.
