Amendment 2 - Extension to Bid Preparation

Following a review of its competition timetable, and taking into account feedback from, and an assessment of, the market, the Commission decided to extend the bid submission deadline by six weeks.  The previous deadline of 15 December no longer applied and the delivery date for Bids was changed to 26 January 2007. Bidders were requested to note the amendments made to the relevant parts of the ITA, (Chapter 1, Chapter 4 and Appendix H), which are set out alongside.
