Amendment 3 - Additional time allowed for clarification and information requests

The Commission decided to extend the clarification and information requests deadline by ten days.  The previous deadline of 5pm on 27 November was changed to 5pm on 7 December 2006. Bidders were requested to note that this related to section 4.2, 4.5 and Appendix H of the ITA.
