Clarification point 16 - Business Plan Outputs (Chapter 14 and Appendix C)

The Commission would like to clarify that for the purposes of the financial model requirement for the Income Statements, the Cash Flow Statements and the Balance Sheets, a "month" is defined as a calendar month. Accordingly, a month may contain four or five Saturday draws depending upon the month. To clarify further, the draw taking place on Saturday 1st August 2009 should be accounted for in the month of August 2009. This format is also consistent with the definition of "month" in the Draft Licence, where it is defined as a calendar month.
