Clarification point 2 - Bidder Type 1 Individual Declaration

Declarants completing the Bidder Type 1 Individual Declaration shall be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Check by Disclosure Scotland whilst declarants completing the Bidder Type 2 Individual Declaration shall by subject to a Basic Disclosure Check.  Appendix F of the Invitation to Apply sets out the criteria for whether an individual is required to complete a Bidder Type 1 Declaration or a Bidder Type 2 Declaration.

With the exception of C1, C2, C8 and C9, all other sections of Part C of the Disclosure Scotland application form will be completed by the National Lottery Commission.

Section D should be left blank. The cost of obtaining Disclosures will be met by the National Lottery Commission.
