Clarification point 4 - evidence required in respect of a Bidder's corporate structure (section 10.1.3)

Section 10.1.3 of the ITA sets out the evidence required in respect of a Bidder’s corporate structure. The Commission would like to clarify that the information requested under items 1 and 2 applies to the following parties:

the Bidderthe Bidder’s subsidiaries, if anyeach and every holder of more than 3% of the Bidder.The information listed in items 1 and 2 is not required for any subsidiaries of holders of more than 3% of the Bidder.p. Issue date: 23 August 2006
