Section 22.5 – Compliance / audit systems

The Commission would like to clarify that, in respect of compliance and / or audit systems, the Commission wishes to understand whether, and in outline the extent to which, a Bidder’s proposed technology solution supports such systems or software. The Commission does not have any specific system in mind and has no express requirement for the specific functionality that any such systems should offer.
However, the Commission is aware that there are now third party products on the market that enable real time scrutiny of lottery transactions.  It is therefore interested to know what options a Bidder’s technology solutions might offer in this area, including connectivity with or interoperability with third party audit / compliance systems.
For the avoidance of doubt, bidders should simply indicate what third party audit / compliance systems their proposed technology solution supports and outline the functions that such systems offer.
