Draft invitation to apply

The Draft Invitation to Apply was published on 28 April 2006, and set out the near-final details of the ten-year third Lottery licence bidding opportunity, as well as clear guidance on the competition process, its requirements and evaluation criteria. The Final ITA was released in June 2006.

The Draft ITA is available to download in seven sections, or as a full document.

  The Draft ITA was published on 28 April 2006. It is available to download in seven sections, or as a full document.

• Draft Licence

  The Draft Licence set out the detailed conditions relating to the operation of the Lottery. Bidders were requested to take these conditions into account when responding to the ITA.
