Bid Process Agreement

The Bid Process Agreement was the agreement that was entered into between each Bidder and the Commission. It set out the rules governing a Bidder’s participation in the Competition.

%An amended Bid Process Agreement was uploaded on 20 June 2006. %The changes included:

an amendment to the definition of Related Persons extending the definition to potential providers of finance; and%amendments to clauses 3 and 15 expressing that the obligations under these clauses would come to an end on the date of the grant of the new licence.%
