Business plan outputs

Appendix C in the Final Invitation to Apply set out the format for the output sheets to be used in each version of a Bidder’s business plan.

Bidders were asked to submit each version of their business plans in the form of an integrated, Excel-based financial model, together with hard copies of the entire financial model. Supporting notes could have been supplied in Word or Excel as required.

Each version of the business plan had to include the following outputs:

Separate worksheets showing annual income statement, cash flow statements and balance sheets for the duration of the Licence Period; Further separate worksheets showing the monthly income statement, cash flow statements and balance sheets for the Transition Period and the first two full years of the Licence.p. In order to assist Bidders, versions of these outputs were provided in Excel format here.
