Information and Clarification Request Form

If a Bidder wished to submit a request to the Commission for information or clarification, it was asked to use the relevant form as set out in Appendix H of the Final ITA and available to download here.

Any clarification of information arising from such requests were published under the competition section of our website, taking into account issues of confidentiality and commercial sensitivity as set out in section 4.5.3 of the ITA.
