Virtual Data Room
In order to enable each party to evaluate fully the Lottery opportunity and to provide a level playing field, the Commission made available further information on the Lottery. This was provided in a secure virtual data room (VDR) accessed via the Internet. Subject to certain exceptions, which were set out in the VDR, each party was able to download, print or save documents provided in the VDR to assist it in compiling its bids. A summary of the contents of the data room was provided in the Draft ITA.
Please also see the VDR Bid note, which provides details of how the Commission operated the VDR, and the VDR rules, which any party that wished to access the Virtual Data Room abided by.
Both these documents are available to download on this page.
