Technology: Inherent risk Of Handover (Hedra, August 2005)

This paper, prepared by Hedra, addressed the nature and degree of technology-related risk associated with transition/handover to the third National Lottery operator. In particular, it provided an understanding of the difference in risk that may be experienced by a new operator, compared to that which may be experienced by an incumbent operator.
