Potentially interested parties

In making preparations for the third licence competition, the NLC has spoken to many parties that have declared a potential interest in the process. Many have expressed  the desire to discuss the opportunity with other interested parties. Through its lead advisers, Rothschild, the NLC has asked such parties whether they would make their details available on the NLC’s website so they can get in touch with each other. Many wish to remain confidential at this stage, whereas some have expressed a desire to provide their names at a later date. Those who are willing to provide details at this stage are shown below. This list will be updated regularly.

• Invitation to Apply

  The Invitation to Apply (ITA) was the formal invitation to bid for the third licence to run the National Lottery from 1 February 2009. The Draft ITA and Draft Licence were published in April 2006. The Final ITA and Final Draft Licence were published on 29 June 2006.
