The Licence and Enabling Agreement
We finalised terms and signed an Enabling Agreement for the third National Lottery licence with Camelot Group plc on 31 August 2007.
The Commission unanimously decided that Camelot’s bid was better able to maximise returns to good causes. We have worked with them to ensure a smooth transition to the new licence whilst maximising returns over this current licence period.
The Licence and Enabling Agreement are available to download as PDF documents on the left of this page.
