Draft Enforcement Policy

The Commission has sought views on of interested parties on our draft Enforcement Policy. The policy sets out the Commission’s approach to enforcement and the criteria we will use during the third licence.

The Commission strives for excellence and we are always looking for ways to improve our regulatory model. By publishing our Enforcement Policy, we are seeking to provide even more transparency about how we regulate, and how we take these decisions.

We welcome views on the draft policy from all interested parties, and will use these to inform and refine our final policy.

The consultation opened on 8 September 2009 and was open until 1 December 2009. You can download a copy of the consultation document from the left hand side of this page.
