The Summary of responses and areas for further analysis contains a summary of the responses that we received following the publication of our discussion paper, A Lottery for the Future, in January 2005. It also gives our reaction to these responses and highlighted areas where we intended to carry out further work prior to the publication of the Statement of Main Principles.
