Response to the consultation on the Regulator's Compliance Code

We believe that the code is suitably comprehensive in its breadth without being overly detailed or prescriptive. As such it should provide a practical framework for regulators to develop and implement their compliance strategies. We expect that when the code is implemented, opportunities will be taken to review and share best practice widely.
